1. 7-Day Refund Policy
- Users may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the app.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to refund@midigitalacademy.com
- Refunds will only apply to the initial subscription fee. Any additional services or add-ons are non-refundable.
2. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is made after 7 days from purchase.
- The user has downloaded, copied, or otherwise misused the content.
- The account has been suspended for violation of Terms & Conditions.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
